Aaron Garrity

Aaron Garrity

CEO

From an early age, Aaron Garrity was recognized as a talented vocalist and for several years utilized his impressive vocal talents in touring and recording for Columbia Artists. From there, things never slowed down. Aaron polished off an MBA and a Juris Doctorate in International Law at Brigham Young University—at the same time he was leading the marketing efforts for a large multi-national company

Unwilling to take a conventional path, in 2002, Aaron and his partners founded XanGo, LLC and watched the company dramatically skyrocket to the upper atmosphere of the direct sales industry. Aaron was featured as one of Utah’s Top 40 Under Forty in Utah Business magazine and alongside Gary Hollister, recently won the prestigious Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Aaron likes to stay active. Whether it’s keeping in shape for triathlons, writing music, or his current passion: street cycling, he gives it his all.

Bryan Davis

Bryan Davis

founder/board member

Before helping launch XanGo, Bryan Davis maintained a private law practice and acted as legal representation for the largest employer in the state of Utah. He was never afraid to use his law degree.

His knack for rapport shows in his résumé: billion-dollar international contracts? Check. Global contacts and experience? Check and check. Commitment to contributing to the communities we serve? Triple-check.

Gary Hollister

Gary Hollister

chairman

Born and raised in Schenectady, New York, Gary Hollister graduated from Drake University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, and went to work for accounting firm Ernst & Ernst (now Ernst & Young), which he left for a position with Merle Norman Cosmetics. After 11 years with the company, he became its president and chief operating officer—a position he held for 14 years. Under Gary’s watch, its operations doubled to more than 3,000 franchises, annual sales jumping from $60 million to over $250 million.

Gary eventually joined $300 million beauty giant MEI as president and chief executive officer, afterwards forming his own consulting firm, working with high-profile clients and launching the Michael Jordan fragrance, one of the most successful product introductions in retail history.

In 1997 Enrich International recruited Gary to be its president and CEO. It was there he met Aaron, Joe and Gordon. When XanGo formed in 2002, he became the chairman and CEO. Gary currently serves as XanGo's chairman and between his children, grandchildren, his work demands and keeping up his golf game, he keeps pretty busy.

Gordon Morton

Gordon Morton

founder/board member

Gordon and his brother Joe freely acknowledge the quirks of their Canadian upbringing, but credit their family’s supportive atmosphere for providing the foundation for a dynamic and successful career.

Gordon earned a degree in Organizational Development at BYU-Hawaii and then returned to the industry he has known his entire life: health and nutrition. He worked as a distributor and international executive at several network marketing dynasties before helping create XanGo. Gordon is committed to corporate conscience and charitable action—exemplified by XanGo’s generous relationship with Operation Kids.

Despite his success, Gordon freely admits that his expertise is confined to four subjects: German road sedans, network marketing, rock n’ roll, and nutritional supplements. Above all, Gordon Morton believes in the possibility of greatness—a core value that has always guided his life.

Joe Morton

Joe Morton

founder/board member

Joe’s nickname is The Ironman around XanGo. Whether he’s jamming on the guitar, shooting across the ice in a hockey match, or running a grueling triathlon, Joe always gives 100%. It’s with this kind of determination that Joe has helped XanGo become such a raging success.

Joe began his career with network marketing companies back in 1995, helping to grow weak markets by more than 400%.
