Preferred Customer definition: a new member type — think of it as a cross between a customer and distributor. A preferred customer receives wholesale pricing but does not earn commissions.
Getting Started:
- This will officially launch at the Las Vegas regional for participating markets.
- Preferred Customers (PC's) can sign up by calling Customer Service or by filling out a PC order form (available in MXO) and sending/faxing it to us.
- The PC order form will be attached to a Product Sheet and Terms & Conditions.
- There is no sign up fee (thus no Distributor kit sent) to become a PC.
- There is no government ID required to become a PC.
- A PC must sign up on ADP when they place their first order.
- A PC does receive an ID number just like a Distributor or Customer, but the system distinguishes a Preferred Customer with a 'B' (for "buyer") instead of 'D' or 'C'.
Commissions:
- A PC does have a sponsor ID and placement ID. For a PC, the sponsor ID does not need to be the same as the placement ID but must be in the upline of the placement ID. This allows the upline to keep sponsorship (which is important if they become a Distributor some day), but place the volume wherever they want in their group).
- We do not pay out PowerStart on the PC's initial order -- Unilevel only.
- A PC never earns commissions and is never paid commissions.
- A PC cannot have anyone sponsored or placed under them. The PC must become a Distributor in order to have a downline.
- A PC can become a Distributor by submitting a signed Distributor Application to XanGo and purchasing the $35 Distributor Kit. When they sign up as a Distributor, they could have different SP or PL from what they had as a PC.
